Based in the Tweed Valley, we have ready access to the best natural riding in Scotland, with the trail centres of Innerleithen, Glentress, Newcastleton and Ae right on our doorstep.
Spares and repairs are what we do best, but we also tell jokes and drink coffee.
A mini downhill race series for the Under 16s. Riders will push/ride their bikes up to the start. Timing is done manually with stopwatches. Riders have no stated start time, will line up when they get to the top and leave at 30 second intervals. As many runs as they have the energy for! This is a Go-Race, and a British Cycling licence is not required.
Mackay's Furniture in Edinburgh have come on board to sponsor these events, and are helping to make it a good day out for all the family, with food stalls and entertainment for the younger kids, and a BBQ for everyone.
Coaching sessions are available from Scottish Cycling. To book your place contact David Winton. David.winton@scottishcycling.org.uk or 07908673219
